In the U.S. all orders are shipped through UPS(Inside U.S. 48 States).We ship US orders via UNITED PARCEL SERVICE, which supplies us with a tracking number which is emailed to you after your order is packed. The TRACKING NUMBER will allow you to know when your order will be delivered to your door. The standard UPS GROUND DELIVERY time in the CONTINENTAL (48 States) UNITED STATES is between 3 and 9 BUSINESS DAYS (not counting Saturday or Sunday as UPS does not pick up or deliver on the weekend).US postal will be used with orders with addresses from Military APO and FPO ONLY.Shipping charges are added to all orders.
International Customers: By clicking the submit button for your order, you agree to pay your country's duties and tarifs upon arrival of your package. Also additional Shipping charges may need to be added to you order to send your package to you. We will adjust the shipping charges after your order has been sent. Since we send packages all over the world now, we try to save you as much cost as possible. These charges will be added in addition to the shipping and handling costs. Be sure you are aware of your country's policies as cancellation of your order upon arrival will make you liable for shipping charges both ways.
Orders can only be shipped to the address of the card holder. We only accept credit cards from the named user on the card. Returns that are to be credited to a card will have the original shipping charges subtracted from the credit. We now accept orders by fax as well! Please fax to 310-815-8253. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item you have purchased! We will gladly accept most returns if contacted within the 7 day window period. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your charge card unless WE have made a mistake in sending the wrong item to you, or the item is defected in some way.
All return requests must be accompanied by a written explanation of the reason for return. Note: sorry, no returns on makeup orders. CALIFORNIA LAW REQUIRES NO RETURNS ON USED ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, HAIR DRYERS, CURLING IRONS, HAIR SETTERS, HAIRCOLOR AND Women's Personal Massagers.
